All through my career I have had the pleasure of having worked with a diverse set of clients in various industry segments, across the globe in various consulting roles. I have worked with customers in FMCG / CPG, Pharma, Travel and Tourism, Hi-Tech, General Manufacturing, Research, Healthcare, Non-formal Education and Professional Services industry segments as well as Government.

My experience is  extensive in IT, implementing packaged applications (ERP and other enterprise packaged applications), managing profit centres, setting up offshore delivery centres, managing complex IT delivery, pre-sales and finance. I have in-depth experience of international markets (IT services) and outsourcing. I have a clear understanding of European businesses and cultural differences between countries. I have established, managed and grown profitable operations starting with business development to ensuring customer satisfaction through deliveries with multi-cultural, global delivery groups. Besides a  proven track record in setting up and growing large scale multi-application (web applications, BI, Packaged applications), multi-technology, multi-location offshore delivery centres, I have managed large projects in packaged implementation as well as web applications, through the life cycle of solution design, development, implementation and maintenanance.

During my career, I have worked on various projects with companies like Tetrapak, Nokia, Ericsson, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Astra Research, Owens Corning, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, TUI,  Syngenta, Novartis, Suntel, Smith & Nephew, DePuy and Man Sugar to name a few.  My work has been in India, UK, Germany, US, and South-East Asia.

Education, Certifications and Memberships

I am qualified as a Management Accountant – an FCMA – in India.  

I have a basic degree in Chemistry and life-sciences

I also have had training / certifications in Internal Audit – Quality (ISO), Creativity (Stanford University MOOC); Mobile Health (Stanford University MOOC); and Finance (Stanford University MOOC).

I am also a member of Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG).
